Cancellation Policy

24 Hours to Appointment Time
If cancelled with 24 hours or less to appointment time, there will be a full charge, non-refundable. Please remember your booking takes away from another client that could have booked, so, if services are cancelled the same day, it is treated as a full booking, and will be charged in full.

48 Hours or Sooner
If cancelled within 48 hours (or sooner) prior to your appointment time, it is eligible for credit. This is a cleaning credit applied to your account that can be used for a future cleaning for up to 14 calendar days.

Before 48 Hour Window
If your cancel before the 48-hour window, you are eligible for an immediate and full refund
Service Agreement & Policies
Our Service agreement insures a regular schedule that benefits both you as a client, as well as our technician crew. The service agreement includes the following, and is effective upon hiring Cleantopia to perform any cleaning service:
Entrance to the property will be made available upon the technician’s arrival for the job.
Service will begin within the agreed upon 2-hour arrival window.
All service appointments are secured with a deposit, and are subject to cancellation fees upon time of booking services.
The remaining balance is due in full and to be paid immediately upon completion of the job.
